I think your friend had her ipod on lock so your sister kept guessing the pass and it was wrong once she got her chance the ipod becomes disabled for an hour or more you have to wait and do nothing and dont try guessing the pass just leave it as it is but if its stuck like that for more then a day then maybe only thing to do is connect it to itunes and you probelly have to it which does delete everything unless you had a backup but best thing to do is leave it somewhere and just give it to your friend if she asks tell her the truth
